Festival (1/3)

I'm so excited to show you guys the first look from my photo-shoot! I needed to have at least one casual, 'natural looking' look and with all the festivals around I thought this would be a prefect, fun fit!

The ironic thing is that I am soooo not a festival person! Can you imagine me CAMPING!?! Yeah, I know, I'm laughing at the thought too. XD However, just because I won't be joining in on the festivities doesn't mean I can't work the 'Indie-Chic' look, haha and so can you!

I'm really not that much of a fan of tight clothes during summer, they just kinda make me feel claustrophobic so this aztec top with the cut out sides is perfect!(Nice and airy :P. Don't be boring and just show your plain bra, make it fun by putting on a lacy bralet-instantly your look becomes WAY more interesting! If you wanna turn this into an evening look I'd suggest one of those mini fitted pencil skirts and some cute sandals...maybe gladiators?

I do however, have one insywinsy fault with this look, I shouldn't have worn both the necklace AND the headband, bad mistake there Maria! So remember to choose one statement peace and not both like this doughnut ;).

Not only do I get to wear my favourite boots in the world but also get to have FLOWERS in my hair and not be judged! Awesome right?!  Lately I've had an obsession with bandanas (keep a look out) in my hair so this was a nice swap :)

Hope this makes you as excited for summer as it does to me! I am finally exam FREEEEE!! To celebrate I am headed off to Greece with a few friends and then following my roots back down to Portugal with mi familia! I feel sooo lucky and blessed, a quick thank you to my mommy for being so special and making not only this photo shoot happen but also giving and supporting me with so many great opportunities! P.s Congratulations, you've done it! 4 girls through school with no red flags, I take my hat off to you!! Xxx

Anyway, soppy moments aside, here is look number one of the photoshoot!

Enjoy ladies!

Black n Blue

Hey guys!
Here's a really quick post for anyone struggling to find an easy day to night look or anyone fussing over what to wear to dinner without being too over the top!

Well, its really quite simple! For starters, keep the shoes flat (I was walking around London so flat shoes were a must!) and spruce up your look by wearing a blazer. Whether it's with jeans or a dress, a blazer never ceases to smarten up an outfit and you'll be sure to look the part!

There's not much to say about this look really, it's simplistic (as usual) but it works. I'm wearing those Henry Holland 'hold up' tights but because my legs are so short you can't actually see the contrast! Thought they might be a nice accent to add to the outfit.

Also my little style secret for this look is that I'm wearing the dress back to front because the neckline of the front was an awkward length so I thought a higher neck would look more edgy. You should always look for ways to make clothes look that lil' bit better or just to change up something you've already worn, with similar adjustments just like that!

Don't Forget to smile, it ties everything together! ;P

Simple jewels for a simples look!

Use your accessories to add a pop of colour!
