Dairy Free Overnight Chia Pudding

Hey Guys!

Thought I'd do another lil dessert thats guilt free and super tasty as you all seemed to enjoy the avocado mousse recipe! So glad this isn't a blog cos for the life of me I cannot pronounce 'Chia' properly! :P

This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to prep but obviously you have to be patient in order for the seed to soak up all the goodness! My intentions were to use coconut milk but I had run out so Almond milk had to do and it actually tasted just as good!

These were my preferred toppings but you can definitely replace them with any fruit and nuts you enjoy best. The reason I chose this recipe is because its so flexible and adaptable, all I'm doing is giving you suggestions and ideas of what I had.

I only made this one glass so I used approx 30g of Chia seeds and I filled the milk to  just slightly above where the berries touch the pudding. Wow I'm so bad with measurements I'm sorry! I guess the thicker you want it, the less milk you add. Stir it all up with the honey to your sweetness liking, cling film and refrigerate for about 6-8hrs. When it's done, add your toppings and enjoy as a snack, breakfast or healthy dessert!

INGREDIENTS:
CHIA SEEDS
ALMOND MILK (or any other milk of choice)
HONEY
BERRIES (or other fruit of choice)
SUNFLOWER SEEDS

Fringin' it!

Hey Guys,

Despite the title of this post let me start by saying  this is not a post about me cutting a fringe! :P

If you haven't noticed the fringe/tassel trend this season you must be living under a rock or something! There are tassels everywhere! I love it! Although, some of it is a bit over the top but I think if you just use elements of it and don't over do it you could have a really great look!

I've had my eye on these Missguided heels since they came out so  I ordered a pair and they'd been sitting pretty in my closet for a couple of weeks so I thought it was time to whip em out!

I kept the look quite simple with just a plain white exaggerated V-neck dress for a bit of edge (was a bit risky but why not!? You deaf need double sided boob tape though, especially if you're more blessed than me in that department haha :P !), silver jewellery and only a brown/camel bag to go with the shoes just to keep it clean.

This is me trying to be 'edgy' and spice things up a bit with a fake nose ring,I only had it on in some of the pics just to show different ways of switching up a look but in the end you couldn't actually see it properly. I would never pierce my face but I have to admit I had fun playing around with it!
