SOLID AND STRIPES H2T BERSHKA

Hello my loves!

I've been in Madrid for almost three months now and I can happily admit that I've roamed in and out of the stores here at least once a week but each time I've never actually found anything I like. Maybe its the current styles or just the styles that are in Spain but I just wasn't feeling any of it. 

Until, that is, I made it my mission to make these stores give me SOMETHING. And it worked!...well, with one store lol
Good old Bershka came through for me and I am in looveeee with this whole look! 
The shoes I've had for a while soo they don't count but everything in this look is so so affordable which makes it that much better! 

I stepped out of my comfort zone with this combo but in the end I think that really worked for me! This is definitely a day time  outfit, maybe you could make it night by swapping out the shorts for some black leather ones and the bag/shoes for black too.

MAUVE OVER!

Hello my beauties!

Boy am I glad to finally be back online! Since my trip to Morocco I have been wrapped up in blankets battling a nasty cold and sadly missing out on the Spanish Sunshine. While thats over now I still don't get to be soaking up the rays because the library has claimed every free second I once had. Sad right? Buuutttt work hard play harder I say! 2 more days and it's over - ish - with a nice 10 day Easter break. My family are coming to visit too-literally counting down the days. Ngl, not seeing them every day is definitely the hardest part of this whole year abroad. 

Anyways sob story aside, and into the fashion! Its safe to say if I'm not wearing something Khaki (yup! Still not over my obsession), I'm most likely wearing something mauve. 

And shall we take a moment to talk about these over the knee boots?

OBSESSED. 
If you don't own any OTK boots I suggest investing NOW. They couldn't be more on trend atm AND they're perfect for this transitional spring summer weather- day and night! I have these one's in grey too back home. Wear them with long baggy T-shirts/jumpers or like I did here. The possibilities are endless!

VALENCIAAAAA-SPRING HAS SPRUNG

Hello beautfiul people and happy Tuesday evening to you all. 

Just checking in with a quick outfit post and some pics from my day trip to Valencia this weekend. 
Valencia holds this beautiful festival every year celebrating the end of winter. They build these statue things-I'll let the pictures explain- and then burn them. Really random right?! I guess its a bit like fireworks night in England with the sense of the burning of these statues that were in the processions but not quite the same story behind it!  

It was a beautiful sunny day and you know what that means! I whipped out my beloved white converse for the first time this year, I love them so much that I just ordered them in black too. 
I also just got this top and I have to say if you don't own an off the shoulder top right now, you better invest because thats all this summer will be about! This one was super inexpensive and comfy too, I defs recommend!
